  • Q: I have forgotten my password.

    A:  You can find your password in the email we sent you when you registered.

    Alternatively click here to be sent a password reminder to your registered email address.

  • Q: How do I log out of My Account?

    A:  To logout of your account simply click on the 'Logout' button in the top menu bar that appears next to the 'My Account' button.

    If you access your Bobadeg account through a shared or public computer you should always log out to prevent other users from accessing your personal information.

  • Q: When will I receive my order?

    A:  Within the UK we aim to deliver your order within 10 working days from when it is placed. As each product is created just for you, the process takes a little longer than buying a stocked item.

    Items ordered outside of the UK aim to be delivered within 21 working days from when the order is placed. Please note that we do not include any import, custom or local tax duties on our products.

  • Q: How much is delivery within the UK?

    A:  Our standard delivery charges for the UK are detailed below.

  • Q: How much is delivery outside the UK?

    A:   Shipping to Europe: 

    Delivery prices for Europe* (including the Irish Republic) are an additional 20% on the UK delivery prices.

    Purchases will be made in pounds Sterling. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge.

    Please note that your order may also be subject to import, custom or local tax duties, which you would need to pay. As these charges vary greatly between countries we are unable to state what they would be.

    Shipping to Countries Outside Europe:

  • Q: How do I contact Customer Services?

    A:  Our Contact page provides all our contact details. We want your experience with Bobadeg to be enjoyable and our Customer Services team will be happy to help you with your query.

  • Q: How do I return an item?

    We aim for the upmost quality at all times. In the event that the goods are damaged or defective you must notify Bobadeg Ltd via email to help@bobadeg.com within 7 working days of delivery. If you fail to do so you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.


    Where the goods are defective or damaged, you should return the goods to Bobadeg Ltd PO Box 115, Swansea, SA3 9AS. You will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the goods are in fact defective.


    If you choose to return any products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and, for this reason, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage.


    If the goods are defective you will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges we will reimburse the cost of delivery as well as a full refund or replacement product.

  • Q: How do I cancel my order?

    A:  You may cancel you order for non-personalised products within 7 days of receiving the goods.  However in the case of personalised products and services, if your order has already been printed we will not be able to cancel it.  If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately at help@bobadeg.com and we will do our best to stop the order before production.  Please note, if your personalised product has already been printed it will not be possible to cancel your order.

  • Q: How do I track my order?

    A:  Click on 'My Account', that is found in the top menu bar, then login using your email address and password.  Click into the 'Orders' area then 'Current Orders' where its current status will be shown.

  • Q: What is there to do in the online Discovery Tree?

    A:  Click here to go to video gallery, you will be able to watch a tour of the online Discovery Tree. Remember that your Discovery Tree would be exclusive to you and be personalised with your child's name and photo.
